They were very large. I purchased a 1/2 size smaller than usual and they are still big.

I ordered this shoe in my usual size 7.5 but it was too big. it was too roomy around the ankle and made my feet look like big clown feet. Definitely size down. I returned them and since BB did not have a size smaller I have reordered from a different company. They are super cute online and I saw a picture of them on someone where they actually fit so that was my inspiration for trying again in a smaller size. I will have to wait and see for comfort and fit.

Bought them for my wife and she loves hem. the quality is great and they are very comfortable. Be careful and read the small print on the price, the discount only applies when you purchase $100 or more. Thought that was a little deceptive.

I read other reviews of this Roper Western Ankle Boot with some trepidation, because many commented about a poor fit. I did not find that to be the case at all: I have a narrow foot and heel, and my normal size is 8.5. Of course these don't come in narrow, but western style boots tend to be cut on the narrow side, so a M in this works fine. As I usually do with pointed and snip toe western footwear, I bought a size 8, and it fits perfectly. I love the two tone laser cut design, and these boots are comfortable, they will wear well even in rain, because they are not leather, and they are a great price. All in all, I love them.

This would have been the perfect bootie but runs big. I'm a size 8 and not even with thick socks would I had been able to wear this boot. So I gave it 3 stars and I guess I'll continue to look for something else in this style.

Boots have a nice look, but not true to size. Must run big. Had to return.

Boots are very soft, narrow in the toe. Wonderful soft soles and heels. Beautiful color!
