    I would only buy these pair of boots due to how awesome they are, until the last 2 pair in a row "over the course of the last 3 years" had a repeated defect of the sole of the boot coming unglued. Sorry Georgia I switched to the Carolina Pine.

    These use to be be the only boots I would buy. Then they jacked the price and the quality went out the window. I bought two pairs in 4 months. The tread fell off both pairs. I'm in the masonry business so nothing last long. But they should last longer the. Two months.

    I bought the gortex insulated steel toe loggers. I've only worn them a handful of times and today in the snow all day and my socks were dripping wet! Not happy

    Rubber comes unglued from leather sole.

    Rubber outsole comes unglued from the leather. Happened to me within 3 months on both pairs I bought. Screwed the heel down (where the ungluing starts) and got another month before the front part of the outsole completely came off. If they fixed this I would consider buying again. Too expensive a boot to have failure in 3 months.

    I got a pair of these 2 years ago and at first they were a lil hard to break in but after I broke them in i wouldn't go anywhere without them. They were the most comfortable and toughest boot i have ever owned. I full recommend these boots. They have wonderful tread and they last for ever! I'm fixing to get me another pair of thses.

    Bought these boots about 4 years ago when I first got a job as an automotive technician and was on my feet 10-14 hrs a day. From the get go they were comfortable and only got better with time. 4 years and one resole later the leather has finally about had it with all chemicals that have been spilled on them and has cracked enough to finally let a few drops of water in them. These boots have seen daily use over the past 4 years for work and everyday events. I figured while I'm on here ordering a new pair I should at least write a review. The past couple days I have tried on around 100 different boots and I keep coming back to this particular one. The comfort is next to none. The durability is impressive, and the ability to get them resoled is a wonderful feature to have, especially in slippery environments.

    I've been wearing these boots in construction for about 3-4 months now and they're awesome. no uncomfortable break in period or blisters/sore feet. they look to be wearing well and are very well made. my only complaint would be that after about 2 months they developed a squeak in both boots somewhere in the sole under the ball of the foot. I only wear these at work so it doesnt bother me too much; but if I were wearing them outside of work in public it would drive me crazy as its pretty loud. Other than that, like I said, amazing boots and I will probably buy again when theyre dead. hopefully a non squeaky pair.

    I buy t these boots for my husband they are the only boots he will wear. They are comfortable. They last about a year before the soles start to wear on the outside. But overall great boots.
