      I ordered too tight. Shouldda got 29”.. not 28” . LOL! Otherwise, excellent fit, looks sharp, cleans well, deep pockets, secure belt loops, perfect color for my trade. Just too tight... lol!! Great pants!

      I really like the 874 shirts and pants. The boots, hats and outerwear are exceptionally comfortable.

      I liked the style of pant and the durability, but I wear a 33x32. I purchased 5 pair. 2, I couldn't even button probably a 31 and the other 3 I could barely button. Probably 32. Mind you i am in shape and do not have a belly and all my store bought pants are 33. They sent me a comped size 34 and I could barely button that. Again, probably a 32. All returned

      I own a number of Dickies work pants and shirts. I get them because they are durable, can be used for work, casual activities and even some "dressier" occasions. My latest pants are the original 874. They came, look good, but I guess I'd forgotten how the "regular" pants fit. The 874 ride a little higher, with a band around the waist. I've gotten used to the slightly larger "relaxed" fit. While most parts of the pants fit well, the waist fits pretty tight. My own fault for acquiring that spare tire. Perhaps it will be incentive to lose that weight.

      Ive always bought the 874s because I know they will last a long time and there comfortable but there waste always seem to be off a bit. Been a 44 waist for many years and half the time they fit brand new and the other half not so much. Still my favorite pants for sure.

      Excellent alltime reliable. Design, materials and construction very high quality. I appreciate the generous number & size of belt loops. Size always correct. Generous size and color selections. They are my favorite "go-to" for decades.

      Would appreciate an inseam of 28” on waist size of 48”. I tear up the bottoms when I have to buy 30” and it costs a lot to have them hemmed up.

      I have been wearing Dickies for years. They don't seem to ever wear out. The only reason I'm buying more is they don't grow with my belly.

      I have worn Dickies pants for 35 years. The pant sizing has become inconsistent .I wear a 34 waist. I now have to buy 36 waist. No I have not gained weight, I still have 34 waist pants that fit perfectly.. Also I used to purchase a pleated like version of the 874 pant. That pant has not ben available for some time. The pant that replaced it was a much cheaper quality . Therefore I have had to seek out alternatives and not been pleased with ANY of them. I hope someone at Dickies reads this and can support a change to the quality and selection of their product. It's not just Dickies, I find the quality of most everything we buy to be less than acceptable.

      Good for work, but not the most comfortable.

      I was wearing a size 44 waist, but felt the hip/groin area was a little tight, so I opted for a 46... And it was a huge jump in size! Sure more room up top, but the pant legs felt like they doubled in size. If you don't mind a wide leg at the bottom then these are probably fine for you.

      These pants are workhorses...they last forever...really, really like them...the 874's are a blend, and that nylon/blend is unbelievably durable...wear then twelve months a year here in PA, in the winter time just put long underwear on underneat....and the prices is an unbelievable value...

      been buying 874's for many years. Biggest issues in recent years is diminished quality since production moved outside US. pant legs are longer/shorter than each other ( up to 1/2 inch off is worst) & some seams are not stitched well. Dickies retailer said these problems are not uncommon now. will still buy 874's, good for wearhouse & sales floor usage.
